Quan Tran
Principal AccountantWith more than two decades of experience in taxation, accounting, and business advisory, Quan Tran has been practising since 2002, building his career around one principle: clients deserve advice that is practical, personal, and grounded in a genuine understanding of their circumstances.
Quan holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and a Diploma of Financial Planning. He is a Fellow of the National Tax & Accountants' Association (NTAA), a Registered Tax Agent, and a Registered ASIC Agent. He is also a registered referrer with Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) and ANZ, allowing him to assist clients with connections to appropriate banking services where required.
As Principal Accountant, Quan brings extensive experience across taxation, accounting, business structuring, property and investment matters, superannuation, and business advisory. Having worked with individuals, families and business owners for more than 20 years, he understands that good advice is rarely just about the numbers. It is about understanding where a client is today, where they want to go, and helping them make informed decisions along the way.
Quan's leadership combines experience with a forward-looking approach. While maintaining the professional standards and personal service on which the practice has been built, he continues to embrace new technology, changing tax legislation, and evolving business practices. He works closely with his team, sharing the knowledge developed over decades in practice while encouraging them to grow professionally and deliver consistently high standards of service.
At the heart of Quan's approach is a commitment to long-term client relationships. Many clients require more than the preparation of an annual tax return — they need someone who understands their business, investments, family circumstances and longer-term objectives. Quan takes the time to understand that bigger picture, helping clients navigate complex taxation and financial matters with greater clarity and confidence.
After practising since 2002, Quan's experience has also developed something that cannot be gained through qualifications alone: the ability to recognise issues early, ask the right questions, and identify practical solutions before they become problems.
For Quan, accounting is ultimately about people. His focus remains on being accessible, reliable and trusted, while providing the professional expertise clients need as their businesses, investments and circumstances evolve.
“My goal is to build long-term relationships with our clients. I want them to know that when they need advice — whether it is about tax, their business or an important financial decision — our team is here to listen, understand and help them move forward with confidence.”
